Found a bug in Pachirin? Let us know via the form below. Pachirin never sends anything automatically without your consent — you submit the report yourself.

1. How to report

  1. Right-click the Pachirin tray icon and choose Report a bug. Diagnostics (version, OS, recent logs) are copied to your clipboard and this page opens.
  2. Paste (Ctrl+V) into the details field of the form below, and add the steps to reproduce and what you observed.
  3. Press submit — you're done.

If you opened this page directly without going through the tray menu, please include your Windows version and detailed reproduction steps in the form.

2. Bug report form

You can submit directly from the form below. A Google account sign-in is required.

About privacy: In the copied diagnostics, your username and home-folder path are replaced with %USERPROFILE% / <USER>. You can review and edit the content before sending. See the privacy policy for how submitted information is handled.

  • This is a solo project, so we can't always reply to every report.
